Privacy Policy

1. Information we collect

YOLO Systems, Inc. collects the following categories of information from users of YOLO Linux and associated services:

• Account information: Email address and hashed password provided at registration.
• Agent queries: The natural language messages you send to the YOLO Agent, along with system context required to process them (file listings, process lists, service status, system logs). These are transmitted to YOLO Systems' inference infrastructure to generate responses.
• System telemetry: Hardware identifiers, OS version, agent version, token usage, session timestamps, and error reports.
• Compute contribution telemetry (Hobbyist plan): CPU and GPU utilisation rates, thermal readings, network throughput, and contribution session duration during idle periods. See the Compute Policy for details.

We do not collect or store the content of files on your device. Agent queries containing file content are processed in transit and are not retained beyond the inference request.

2. How we use your information

• To operate the YOLO Agent inference service and respond to your queries.
• To manage your account, token allocation, and plan entitlements.
• To operate and optimise the YOLO Distributed Inference Network, including load balancing across enrolled Hobbyist devices.
• To detect and prevent abuse, fraud, and security incidents.
• To improve the YOLO Agent's accuracy and capabilities over time.

Agent queries may be used to improve model quality. Queries are reviewed and used for training purposes unless you opt out. Opt-out is available for Professional and Enterprise plan accounts via account settings.

3. Data retention

Agent query logs are retained for 90 days. System telemetry is retained for 12 months. Compute contribution telemetry is retained for 24 months. Account information is retained for the duration of your account and for 90 days following account deletion.

4. Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share information with third-party service providers only to the extent necessary to operate the YOLO Agent service (including cloud infrastructure providers and payment processors). We may disclose information where required by law.

5. Security

Agent queries are transmitted over TLS. Stored data is encrypted at rest. The YOLO Agent operates with root access to your device; the security of your system depends in part on the security of YOLO Systems' infrastructure and the YOLO Agent's operations. We take reasonable measures to protect this infrastructure and notify affected users in the event of a breach.

6. Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal data we hold about you. Requests may be submitted to privacy request form. Note that data export requires a minimum token allocation; Hobbyist plan users should ensure sufficient tokens are available before submitting a data access request.
